ꕥ Avg Cost (per session): $100 cash per forty-five minutes, additional time incurs additional fees.

ꕥ For insurance – Health Associates Maine sets fees for insurances, insurance Telehealth and Maine Care telehealth services; AbilTo sets fees for AbilTo telehealth services

ꕥ Your insurance company may dictate session fees, deductibles and co-pays. You are responsible for finding out what your co-pay or deductible is before starting services.

ꕥ You will be responsible for any co-pays or deductibles when indicated

ꕥ Some insurances require prior authorization before services can begin. You are responsible to find out whether this is a part of your insurance plan and making sure this is completed before services start.

ꕥ Maine Care requires that you call them and indicate to them your preference for your current therapist. If this is not done before services start, Maine Care will not pay for services rendered. Make sure that Maine Care is called before the first session.

Verify your health insurance coverage when you arrange for your first visit. Otherwise you will be asked to pay for your session and bill your insurance company for reimbursement.

Co-pays are due when services are rendered. (Due to insurance policies I cannot waive co-pays.)

Some individuals would prefer that their insurance company not be involved in services. If this is the case, please indicate your preference to self-pay for sessions.


This provider is a credentialed clinician with Health Affiliates Maine Telehealth services are currently provided through Health Affiliates Maine through Doxy.com or by AbilTo, Inc.

Other Information:

Parking and Entrance: Parking is in front of the building, next to the concrete stairway, going to the designated office entrance. Other individuals and offices use this location. For confidentiality, use designated office entrance only.

No Smoking: This is a no smoking facility. Please smoke outside in designated areas only and dispose of waste in receptacles located by the porch.

To Protect Confidentiality: In the office, white noise machines are used to protect client confidentiality. Other workshops are in use by other businesses in this building and use the common waiting room and bathroom facility.

Pets: There are a number of pets on premises and service dogs in use. If there any concerns about special accommodations, allergies or other concerns, please call before the first appointment to discuss this.
